Hans Christian Andersen's Fairy Tales

This book is great for young kids to adults. It has several classical stories with fabulous picture illustrations. I loved The Emperor's New Suit, The little Match Girl, and The Princess and the Pea stories. This book has all sort of stories with mermaids, princes, kings, toy soldiers and more. Pick up this book and see which story is your favorite.

About the author: He was born in Denmark in 1805. He came from a poor family as his father worked as a shoemaker and his mother as a washerwoman. His father loved telling stories to him from the old Danish legends and The Arabian Nights. Unfortunately, his father passed away when he was 11. At 14, he hoped to become an actor at the Royal Theater, but it wasn't working out for him.
