Jordan, Caleb, and Libby helped Jordan's family escape slavery, but Jordan's father wasn't there. Now Jordan has a new mission. To find his father and help him to escape. While in Galena, Illinois, Libby and Caleb say farewells to their friend Jordan. Being in Galena, they met a swindler on Christina who wanted to get even with Libby's Pa.
Pas money has been stolen, and so was Jordans. Pa needs that money to pay for Christina, or he would lose his ship. For Jordan, he needs to find money to clear his name. Would Libby, Caleb, and their new friend find this swindler? Did Jordan's money got stolen by the same person? Would they find the money in time?
