Charlotte's Web: written E. B. White

This book is one of the classics from the author E. B. White ( short for Elwyn Brooks White).
It's about an adorable cute little pig who was saved and nurtured by a girl named Fern. The little pig named Wilbur and Fern spends a lot of time together until the school year started. Wilbur tried to keep himself occupied until Furn returned from school.


One day while Wilbur was waiting for Fern, he met Charlotte. Charlotte was a brilliant spider who could web wonderful webs. As she made friends with Wilbur, she decided to try to save his life. She began making her brilliant plan before Wilbur becomes a cooked Christmas platter. Both Fern and Charlotte thought Wilbur was a great friend and a pig.



About the author. E. B. White was born in New Your and had a career as a writer and contributing editor for The New York magazine. He wrote three books, Charlotte's Web, Stuart Little, and revised The Elements of Style. The two first books had been made into the movies. He was one of six children in the family.
